Privacy & Data Use

Dynamic Diesel Solutions collects only the information needed to quote Jaltest kits, schedule training, and support Canadian and US fleets. This page outlines the data sources we use today and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

Data we collect

Quote & training forms: contact name, email, phone, company, fleet size, requested industries, and notes submitted through nuxt/server endpoints. Stored in Supabase (`leads`, `quotes`) located in North America.
Diagnostic usage intelligence: optional form fields describing diagnostic mix, Jaltest coverage interests, and requested support tiers so our technicians can tailor kits.
Analytics & telemetry: Google Analytics 4 (`nuxt-gtag`) and manual event tracking capture anonymized traffic patterns, CTAs clicked, and download attribution. IP addresses are truncated by GA4.
Communications: Email replies and sales conversations handled through the company mailbox and CRM. Attachments containing OEM data or invoices are retained only for the contract term.

How we use information

Information is used to build quotes, schedule onsite/virtual Jaltest training, renew licenses, and surface anonymized insights (coverage interest, industry demand) that help plan inventory. We do not sell list data to OEMs or third parties, and every Supabase table uses row-level-security with read-only public access.

Retention & deletion

Raw form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you become an active customer, in which case records move into our CRM of record (currently Supabase + accounting platform). Email transcripts are auto-archived after 18 months. Send a request at any time and we will delete Supabase records, GA4 event history, and mailbox archives associated with your organization.

Third-party processors

Supabase – database + authentication provider used for leads, quotes, testimonials, and equipment tables (hosted in AWS us-east-1 and ca-central-1). Service-role keys remain server-side.
Google Analytics 4 – anonymous web analytics and conversion events (`lead_submitted`, `guide_download`, `call_click` roadmap).
Email delivery – transactional email handled through Postmark (primary) or Resend (backup) once automation lands. No marketing automation platform is connected yet.

Your rights

Customers across Canada and the United States can request access, rectification, or erasure of the information we store. We will respond within 5 business days and confirm completion within 30 days. When deleting records we also scrub off-site backups (daily Supabase exports) and revoke Jaltest GRP accounts tied to your request.
