Acceptable use

• Content, pricing matrices, or Supabase-backed data may be used only to evaluate Jaltest hardware, subscriptions, or training offered by Dynamic Diesel Solutions. Reselling or reproducing materials without consent is prohibited.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated collection of coverage tables, cables, package pricing, or kit comparisons is not allowed. Contact sales if you require bulk exports for procurement.
• You must not introduce malware, spam honeypot forms, or attempt to bypass security controls on quote forms, Netlify functions, or Supabase tables.

Intellectual property & trademarks

Jaltest, OEM brand names, and associated marks shown in coverage comparisons belong to their respective owners. Dynamic Diesel Solutions is an authorized Canadian distributor but does not imply OEM sponsorship. All site copy, Tailwind/Nuxt UI components, and marketing assets are © Dynamic Diesel Solutions and may only be reused with written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

We provide pricing tables, kit recommendations, and ROI calculators “as-is.” Specifications may change after OEM updates, Jaltest firmware releases, or currency fluctuations. Dynamic Diesel Solutions is not responsible for indirect damages caused by reliance on this website. Physical kit orders are governed by the signed quote or master services agreement which supersedes this page.

Changes

We may revise these terms when new functionality ships (e.g., customer portal, service scheduler). Updates will be timestamped and the previous version archived. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
